367 ways carry a name, and the campus has a
destination_sign relation plus highway=street_lamp-mounted signage on the
roads:

 65  secondary   52  residential   41  unclassified   31  tertiary

Current street names: Malster Mattias vag (a road and a public transport
relation), Rydsvagen 9A-B, Radgatan, Olof Palmes gata, and so on. None of them
appear anywhere.

The same destination_sign relation names the junction it applies to, which
means the sign is placeable rather than free-floating.

This is the exterior counterpart to the room signage, and it makes the RTS map
legible -- right now a road is a grey ribbon and there is no way to tell which
one you are crossing.

Depends on #8, the relation parser, for the destination_sign.

Context update: map mode now has a label pipeline for building and POI names (2116f66, #36), so the "which road am I crossing" half can reuse that without waiting for 3D signage. The destination_sign relation still needs #8. If this is split, street labels on the M map could land before the physical signs.
