Beat the lunch rush at Kårallen #65

Follows #61. Kårallen has its own presence series, and its restaurant has
opening_hours=Mo-Fr 11:00-13:30. That is the most legible daily rhythm on
campus: the building fills before lunch, peaks while the restaurant is serving,
and empties afterwards. The 14-day CSV has enough history to say what "normal"
looks like for the hour.

Proposal: a live lunch line, not a new mechanic.

  • At Kårallen's entrance, or on its map label: Kårallen 340 · lunch until 13:30
with a small bar against the building's own typical lunch peak.
  • In the HUD or /lunch: Kårallen is at 80% of its lunch peak; the rush usually clears around 13:15.
  • If the player is deciding between Kårallen and the other campus cafes, show the
opening hours from #27 next to the number, so "quiet" does not mean "closed".

The feed is rounded to ten and counts Wi-Fi devices, so this is a vibe, not a
queue length. Say "busy" rather than "340 people waiting".

Pairs naturally with the fika/sit issue: the point of knowing the rush is to sit
down after it.
