An emoji picker writes a fast reply (aux 2); identical fast replies are grouped into counts, e.g. "👍 3" (docs/ROADMAP.md, 0.3, M).

Today fast replies are written via the reply path and shown as a list; group and count them, show who on hover/long-press.
Tapping an existing reaction adds yours.
Elisp users see an ordinary fast reply.
Caveat: emoji need UTF-8 in the aux data, which older clients may show as mojibake. Check what elisp shows and note it in DESIGN.
