Split out of #51 (D-039): the installable web app is built and works on a real Android phone; the real-iPhone check is left, and 0.2 doesn't wait for it.

How (a friend of the user, on the home network):

Open http://192.168.0.11:8080/neokom-ca.crt in Safari, install the profile under Settings → Profile Downloaded, then turn it on under Settings → General → About → Certificate Trust Settings.
Open https://192.168.0.11:8443/ in Safari: the one-time 'Lägg till på hemskärmen' hint should show.
Share → Add to Home Screen, open it: own window, no address bar, logs in, reconnects after the phone sleeps.

Steps are also in docs/DOCKER.md, 'HTTPS: NeoKOM as an app on your phone'. Apple can change home-screen app behaviour in updates, so note the iOS version.

It works on an iPhone! But we have the same issue as described in #135 as expected.

Thanks! Closing this: the installed app works on a real iPhone. Notifications while it's in the background are #135 (iOS supports Web Push for home-screen apps from 16.4, so the same push service will cover it).
