Part 1c of #242 (D-063). The design is on #242.

Forks, split-offs, cross-posts:

A post with two or more replies shows its branches as chips ("Karin: "Vad är NeoKOM?" · 3").
The chosen branch is indented; indentation stops after a couple of levels.
A reply that changes the subject starts a thread of its own in the channel list, tagged "utbruten från «…»" with a link back. In the parent thread it shows as a one-line pointer.
A cross-posted thread is shown in each channel, with "även i Möte X".
A comment to a post in another channel roots a thread here, marked "svar på ett inlägg i Möte X".

Subjects are in the text bodies, so splits are found from the texts on screen, not the whole thread (#243 note).

Tests: seed a forked thread, a subject split and a cross-post; e2e for choosing a branch and following a split.
