Part 1d of #242 (D-063). The design is on #242.

Giant threads:

In the channel list: the thread's start, "… N tidigare svar", the two latest messages, and "Öppna vid första olästa".
An opened thread starts at the first unread, under a "N olästa" line. Above it: "startade · N svar sedan dess" and "↑ Till början". Below it: "↓ Till senaste".
A timeline of years and months to drag, from the thread index's texts per month (#243).
Only what's near the screen is fetched (#236).

Tests:

seed a 3 000-reply chain with a few forks;
e2e for opening at the first unread, "Till början", "Till senaste" and the timeline;
the perf spec gains a step that opens the giant thread, with a budget (#287).

Merged in #301; main run #495 green. Verified: new e2e giant.spec (list card with start, earlier count, two latest and 'Öppna vid första olästa'; opening at the first unread; 'startade … · N svar sedan dess', the unread line, '↓ Till senaste', the timeline slider, '↑ Till början') in desktop/android/iphone; full e2e suite 368 passed; devserver integration tests incl. new long_chain_walk (fetching ahead, no duplicate stats); lint with CI's three clippy commands; screenshots looked at. CI's lyskomd image was rebuilt and pushed (its entrypoint couldn't seed a tmpfs).
