Part of 0.8 (D-068), step 1: what any user can do.

What: "Skapa kanal" (classic: "Skapa möte") in the channel list. A short form:

  • name (checked with lookup-z-name for clashes before sending),
  • who can read: open / closed (rd-prot) / secret,
  • optional: replies go elsewhere (original), allow anonymous posts, forbid secret members,
  • an optional presentation (posted to the server's presentation channel, as elisp does).

Protocol: create-conf (88) with the extended conf type; the creator becomes supervisor and is added as a member (elisp does add-member right after, priority from the user's default). Errors to handle: conference-exists, permission-denied (server may restrict creation; create-conf privilege bit), bad-name.

After: the new channel opens, empty, in the Trådar view, with a hint to write the first post.

Tests: unit test in kom-client against the devserver; e2e spec creates an open and a closed channel, a second user sees/doesn't see it in search.

Merged (#368); main green (run #684). Verified: devserver test create_channel (joined, supervisor = creator, presentation, taken name, secret implies closed); create-channel.spec on all three profiles (closed channel with presentation opens joined; same name again is refused plainly).
