Part of 0.8 (D-068), step 1.
What: "Hantera kanalen" gets the rules section:
set-conf-type(21). Going secret or closed asks first and says what changes for members and non-members.set-permitted-submitters(19).set-super-conf(20) (the "superconference" for texts that can't be posted here).set-supervisor(18), with a warning that you may lose the right to change it back.set-garb-nice22), kept while commented (set-keep-commented105), expire (set-expire97, experimental). Plain words, days.Words: follows D-030 (modern by default, classic as a setting).
Merged (#370); main green (run #693). Verified: devserver test channel_rules (kind round-trips, who may post, parent channel, keeping, handing over after which the old owner is refused); manage-channel.spec covers closing with its confirmation, an unknown name, and handing over. set-expire left out (experimental in Protocol A).
