What:

Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on macOS) opens a palette that finds channels, people, a post by number and commands, with fuzzy matching.
Shortcuts: j/k move, r reply, n new post, ? shows them all. Space and Enter keep doing the default action for veterans.
Shortcuts never fire while typing in an input (like the existing key listener).

Done when:

An e2e spec drives the palette (jump to a conference, open a text by number, run a command) and each shortcut.
The palette is usable with a screen reader (combobox pattern).

Merged in #84. Ctrl+K / Cmd+K / g: commands, your channels (fuzzy), server name lookup, post numbers; arrows/Enter/Esc; shortcuts j n r s ?. palette.spec.ts.
