What:

Three cards after the first login: what channels and the inbox are; how to read (one button, or a swipe on a phone); how to reply.
Skippable, and never shown again. "Seen" is stored in the user area so it follows the person across devices.
Not shown to users who already have elisp settings (they know LysKOM).

Done when:

An e2e spec: a fresh person sees the tour once; after skipping, it's gone after a new login; a seeded elisp user never sees it.

From docs/ROADMAP.md, 0.2 "Feels like an app".

Merged in #84. Three cards in an empty reader (never pushes a post down), skippable, tour-seen saved in the user area before the card goes; not for elisp users. tour.spec.ts.
