The phone layout (#50) and the installable web app (#51) need tests at phone size, and iPhones only run WebKit.

What:

Playwright projects for a desktop viewport (today), an Android phone (Pixel 7, Chromium) and an iPhone (iPhone 14, WebKit).
Every spec runs on all three in CI. Desktop-only specs say so explicitly instead of being skipped silently.
The CI image gets Playwright's WebKit.

Done when:

CI runs all three projects and is green.
tools/e2e.sh can run one project (e.g. --project iphone) for quick checks.

Helps: #50, #51, #52.

Merged in #79. Every spec runs for desktop (Chromium), Android (Pixel 7, Chromium) and iPhone (iPhone 14, WebKit), each against its own seeded lyskomd (CI: lyskomd, lyskomd-android, lyskomd-iphone). E2E_PROFILES picks some. 115/115 at merge; now 139.
