PR #80 (sermuns) enabled clippy::pedantic workspace-wide and added the CLAUDE.md rule. Main now fails cargo clippy --workspace -- -D warnings with ~300 warnings; fix them all.

Merged in #92. Verified: cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --features kom-client/tls -- -D warnings and the wasm32 clippy are clean. Unit tests and the 9 devserver tests pass, tools/e2e.sh passes 169/169, and CI run #168 is green. Lints we disagree with in one place carry #[expect(.., reason)]; nothing is allowed workspace-wide.
