Adds a Skateboard vehicle kind.

  • Rides the kick scooter's kick. No motor: the throttle turns the same kick cycle and only drives while the foot is on the ground. The kick-scooter rider pose is reused.
  • No handlebar. A new Pose::handlebar flag separates "aboard a ride" from "has a bar to hold", so a skateboard rider's arms hang instead of reaching an invisible bar. Its front truck steers.
  • Spawns with the bike variations, taking an ordinary bicycle's slot at a rack (a rack keeps one ordinary bicycle), and also in the roaming scooter groups, where the kick slots split evenly between a kick scooter and a skateboard.
  • Wire tag Skateboard = 10, appended.

just check passes, including the campus test that every vehicle kind spawns on the real bake.

Merged into main as part of the batch (order: #136, #142, #137, #138, #141, #139, #140, #143). The batch carries a single major bump, 1.1.2 → 2.0.0, so this branch's own bump commit was dropped when it was rebased; PROTOCOL_VERSION stays 2. assets/baked/valla.bin was rebaked once at the end of the batch.
