The drone owns the sky; a tiny car owns the floor. It fits through doors, under benches and down a corridor, and its camera sits at bumper height, where the campus looks completely different. It is the same toy pattern as the drone with a ground constraint, and it gives the ground a reason to be explored at a silly scale.

How it fits. The drone is already a local toy with its own body, a feed and a held-item use; a car is that shape with wheels, a ground constraint and a smaller camera. It stays local like the drone, so the server does not need authority over it, and its pose can ride the player's snapshots. Wheel spin and steering derive from travel, so the wire carries no new fields. A curb is a wall to a car and a jump with enough speed.

Scope.

  • Launch, drive, reverse, brake and recall.
  • Ground and stair contact, small bumps and a curb jump.
  • A bumper camera feed with the drone feed's coarsened look.
  • A course through a building or across the square.
  • Recall when it is stuck, left behind or falls somewhere it cannot leave.
  • Shop colors and a tiny spoiler; no speed differences.

Related. #214 (drone), #111 (wheels), #148 (interaction consistency), #213 (climbing).
