Owner

28 leisure=playground ways (one named Lill-Valla) and the
furniture that goes with them:

 13 leisure=picnic_table 1 leisure=outdoor_seating
  1 leisure=fitness_station 1 leisure=miniature_golf (Valla minigolf)

Today a playground is nothing and a picnic table is a PROP_LANDMARK -- one
0.9 x 0.8 box -- which is the same box as a fountain, a bbq, a shelter and a
toilet block.

A playground is a shape, though: it has swings and a slide, and a flat green
decal loses all of it. That is a genuine piece of modelling work rather than a
tag-to-kind mapping, which is why it is worth its own issue rather than folding
it into the area-kind sweep.

Picnic tables are the easy half and are just more prop kinds.
