Follows #37, room search. Once the map can answer "where is 231 WC",
the answer needs to be actionable, and the world has no waypoint concept at all.

MazeMap has an indoor routing service on routing.mazemap.com (noted as
unprobed in docs/mazemap.md) -- worth a look, since it would give real
multi-floor paths through the halls rather than a straight line from the player
to the room.

Without it, a floating marker over the destination is a large fraction of the
value and costs nothing: it is a WorldLabel at the target, visible through
walls, with the floor it is on.

Also the thing that makes the map mode worth having: the M overview is where a
waypoint belongs.
