36 MazeMap Anslagstavlor and 4 Informationstavla, plus 9 OSM
information=board|map nodes
(board 6, map 2, office 1).

Today a marker is a crossed-quad panel of flat colour with text drawn on it from
ten metres away. A notice board is the one object on campus whose entire purpose
is to have readable content on its face, and it is currently the one object that
cannot be read.

This is a renderer question more than a data question: marker_tris already
produces a quad per marker at a known height. What is missing is text that
survives being read -- hud::paint_labels projects WorldLabels through
project_to_uv and draws them as egui text, so a board could render its nearest
text at a readable size when you are close and fall back to nothing when you
are far, instead of the current fixed 14 px at a fixed range.

Out of scope: any texture atlas or glyph-in-3-D work. This is about size and
range, not about rendering text into the scene.
