The fleet is electric scooters (liuverse-world::vehicle, VehicleKind
already generic) and there is a bicycle culture all over the extract:

 46  bicycle_parking=wall_loops   38  =stands   8  =shed   6  =floor
112  amenity=bicycle_parking nodes    10  MazeMap Cykelresurser POIs
  3  Cykelpump POIs                 1  amenity=bicycle_rental

Cykellanken is the national cycle route network and runs through the campus,
and Sverigeleden is a 1000 km cycling route that crosses the bbox.

A bicycle is a second VehicleKind: different mesh, no throttle-brake drift, and
a slightly worse top speed than a scooter. Everything else -- fleet spawn,
E to mount, W/S/A/D, the authoritative-server position -- is already
generic.

Different in feel from the scooter, and the campus is the right place for it.
