The extract has 112 amenity=bicycle_parking nodes and 46 ways,
broken down as:

 46  bicycle_parking=wall_loops    38  =stands    8  =shed
  6  =floor                          2  =safe_loops

and 58 capacity tags across the campus. All of it currently becomes one
undifferentiated PROP_PARKING box.

A wall_loops rack is a line you can fill: the capacity says how many, and the
way says where and along which direction. liuverse-render already instances
trees from the same kind of list (SceneSpec::trees, TreeBatch,
prop_hash-jittered), so a second instanced batch of bike models along a way is
a small addition with a good payoff -- bikes at racks is most of what a Swedish
campus looks like.

Depends on #8, the relation parser, for the 46 ways that are multipolygon
members; the 112 nodes do not need it.
