MazeMap owns the interiors of the halls it publishes, but the extract has
OSM's own interior mapping as well, and it is ignored:

26 highway=corridor (indoor corridors, mapped as ways)
 28 indoor=yes 15 indoor=room 1 room=classroom

The rule in ARCHITECTURE.md is that schematic circulation is only generated for
buildings the sources gave rooms, walls or zones to
(circulation::has_interior_data). OSM indoor=* is a fourth such source and is
not consulted.

The risk is the one that bit before: MazeMap and OSM disagreeing about the same
hall, producing walls inside walls. So this has to be scoped to buildings with
no MazeMap interior data, which is the same rule buildings_of already uses
to drop OSM buildings inside mapped footprints (osm.rs:265).

Small, and it would give the OSM-only shells somewhere to walk.

Scoping this to buildings with no MazeMap interior data is the right guard against wall-in-wall conflicts, and it is the one interiors issue that is actionable today. OSM indoor=* as a fourth has_interior_data source fits the existing circulation rule rather than inventing a new one. Good.
