Holding Shift under an open canopy now runs a paramotor.

  • Thrust adds airspeed along the flight path, flattens the trim glide, and extends the nose-up limit, so pointing the wing up climbs instead of stalling.
  • A motor, hub and spinning three-blade propeller are drawn on the pilot's back and ease in and out with the thrust.
  • No wire change: remote bodies already send the sprinting and parachuting bits, so every client draws the same propeller.
  • Tests cover powered forward flight, the sustained climb, and the propeller's placement and spin.

Holding `Shift` under an open canopy now runs a paramotor. - Thrust adds airspeed along the flight path, flattens the trim glide, and extends the nose-up limit, so pointing the wing up climbs instead of stalling. - A motor, hub and spinning three-blade propeller are drawn on the pilot's back and ease in and out with the thrust. - No wire change: remote bodies already send the `sprinting` and `parachuting` bits, so every client draws the same propeller. - Tests cover powered forward flight, the sustained climb, and the propeller's placement and spin. `just check` passes.
Shift under an open canopy runs a paramotor: it adds airspeed, flattens the glide and lets the wing climb when pointed up. A spinning propeller is drawn on the pilot's back, scaled by the eased thrust, and remote bodies get it from the sprinting bit they already send.
