Own screen: settings replace the reading layout, command bar and tabs, with a ← Tillbaka button at the top. Escape closes them, and space and the other reading keys do nothing there.
No Save button: each change saves itself 1 s after the last one (one save per burst, since each save writes a new user-area text), with Sparar… / Sparat. next to the heading. Leaving by any route writes whatever is still unsaved.
Desktop lint: CI now also runs clippy on the desktop build, and its one pedantic finding (prefs.rs) is fixed.

Verified:

tools/e2e.sh: 171 passed. The soak test was flaky once and passed on retry and in 3 solo runs; filed as #109.
New spec: an own screen, no command bar, space ignored, a change saved when leaving at once, Escape closes, and the change persists across logins.
Screenshots checked on desktop and Android.
Clippy (native, wasm32, desktop): clean. i18n test: passes.

The user found the settings confusing (#97). They sat in the reading
column, with the "read next post" button still at the bottom and Save
and Close out of view. People took the reading button for a way out and
left without saving.

Settings now replace the layout, command bar and tabs, with a back
button at the top. Escape closes them, and reading keys are ignored
there. There's no Save button: each change saves a second after the
last one, with "Sparar…/Sparat." next to the heading. Anything still
unsaved when the screen goes, by any route, is written on the way out.

Also: CI lints the desktop build. Its clippy had never run there, and
it had one pedantic finding in prefs.rs, fixed here.
