Closes #102

  • How a mention is written (DESIGN): @ plus the name without a parenthesised part ("@Anna Andersson"), plain Latin-1 every client shows. A text mentions you when your name is in it as whole words, with or without @, any case; a first name alone never counts; your own texts don't.
  • kom_client::mentions: short_name, mention_of, find.
  • Posts that mention you: "Nämner dig" badge on the post being read, a bar on thread cards, the name marked in the text. Found ones are kept on the device (newest 50) and the latest ten are listed under "Nämner dig" at the top of the side panel (Folk tab on phones).
  • Composer: @ and two letters before the cursor ask the server for matching persons; choosing one writes @Name , and that @ is done (no new suggestions for it).
  • Seed: Bertil's reply to 256 mentioning Tove (text 257, Formatering, which only Tove follows).

Verified: unit tests for names and matching (whole words, case, @ or not, not first names, not "Tove Trådssons"); new mentions.spec.ts on desktop/Android/iPhone (marked card and name, the list after a new login, opening from it, the badge; suggestions, choosing, no re-suggestion — 15/15 repeats after fixing a race where the chosen name was suggested again); full e2e 205/205 with main merged; clippy native/wasm/desktop clean.

The server has no mentions: a mention is '@' and a name in the text,
plain Latin-1 every client shows. Posts that mention you (your name as
whole words, with or without @) get a badge or a bar with the name
marked, and are collected under 'Nämner dig' in the side panel, kept on
the device. Typing @ in the composer suggests people from the server.
