Version bump and changelog for 0.3.0. After merging: tools/release.sh --tag 0.3.0

  • Relay: trust X-Forwarded-For only from the proxy itself (#116)
  • forge.py: merge only when every CI run of the head commit passed (#120)
  • Thread view: read a post in its whole conversation (#117)
  • Plain texts: clickable links, bold, /italic/ and quotes (#122)
  • Build the Debian package for Debian 13 (#123)
  • Logging out waits for a settings save under way (#125)
  • Quote the selected text when replying (#126)
  • Drafts survive a reload, a crash or a dropped connection (#127)
  • Paste or drop an image into the composer (#128)
  • Reactions: fast replies grouped as emoji chips (#129)
  • Mentions: @-suggestions, marked posts and a list (#131)
  • Notifications for messages, replies and mentions (#132)
