Closes #155

"Sparade inlägg" in the side column (Folk on phones): my marks newest first, with author and subject. A tap opens the post, × unsaves it, 20 are shown at a time, and there's a type filter when more than one mark type is in use.
Kom::marks() in kom-client.
Docs: DESIGN section, D-047 for #160 (elisp link forms, including möte/text per the user), and the roadmap row.

Verified: new saved.spec on desktop, Android and iPhone (save two, listed, open one, unsave from the list and from the post; filter by type on Test's seeded marks). Phone screenshot checked. Clippy desktop, web and wasm, plus unit tests.

Saving has worked since 0.1, but there was no way to see what was
saved. The side column (Folk on a phone) now lists my marks newest
first, opens them, unsaves them, and filters by mark type when a
veteran uses more than one.

Also records D-047 (mentions and links in elisp's <person/möte/text N:
…> form, #160) and adds it to the 0.4 roadmap.
