From Claude's review (D-052, Claude's points 9–10), phone:

The Läs tab is mostly empty with a hint about the space bar, which phones don't have. Show what's waiting: next channel, its unread count, a few subjects.
Header: a lock pill with no text, and logout as the most prominent button (see the header issue).

Merged via #212 (main run #365 green). Verified: the empty reader shows a Waiting summary (unread per channel, letters, mentions) with buttons that go there, and "Räknar olästa…" while counts load; on phones it fills the read pane. Spec: waiting.spec.ts on all three profiles.
