Builds on #211. Login: a line saying what NeoKOM is; the server folded into "Server: … · Byt" unless it isn't the default. Settings: a row of section links. Blocked notifications: the steps for the browser in hand. Loading: "Räknar olästa…". Tests: first-contact.spec; tls/relay/errors specs open the server fold; unseen.spec checks errors before reloading and that Släng removed the draft (#204 not reproduced in 60 runs); visual masks for time-dependent parts; postAction reopens the menu after a redraw. Full e2e locally: 314 passed apart from the reference images (regenerated, looked at) and one Android mute flake (helper fixed, 9/9 since).

Put the header and side column in order ... 6b50e378ad

From the review: "Logga ut" was the most prominent button, the raw
server address and the TLS badge said little, and the side column was a
grab bag with a manual refresh. Now "Nytt inlägg" is the filled
button; the lock is a button that tells which server and what the lock
means; every side section folds, remembered on the device; who's on
refreshes by itself.

From the review: the left column started with two separate fields,
"Gå till kanal" and "Visa inlägg nr". One field now takes both: a
number shows that post, anything else is looked up as a channel or
person, with the same pick list as before.

Show what's waiting in the empty reader ... f4ed066343

From the review: on a phone the Läs tab was empty but for a hint about
the space bar, which phones don't have. With nothing open the reader now
lists the first channels with something unread and their counts, each a
tap away, and mentions the space bar only where there's a keyboard.

From the review: someone arriving from a link met a technical server
field first; settings were one long page; blocked notifications said so
without saying how to fix it; "Räknar…" said little. The login page now
says what NeoKOM is and folds the server away unless it's unusual;
settings have a row of section links; blocked notifications get the
steps for the browser in hand; the unread list says it's counting.

Also unseen.spec checks for errors before reloading (WebKit logs the old
page's sockets closing) and checks that Släng removed the draft, so the
#204 flake, not reproduced in 60 runs, can be told apart if it returns.

Steadier reference images and post menu helper ... aa1440bdc8

The reading screenshot depended on how long ago the cards were posted
(the masked time pushed the tags beside it) and on the inbox count; mask
those. The login screenshot masks the server address and the name field
by name now that the server is folded (#189). postAction reopens the
post's menu if a redraw closed it (seen once in mute.spec on Android).
