Builds on #203 (toolbar). No duplicate status line; the answered post shown folded; recipient names suggested while typing, kind changed on the chip (dropdown gone); while writing the command bar sends and space doesn't leave the text. New test in compose.spec; visual references for phones updated (looked at). Full e2e locally: 295 passed, the visual diffs (now updated) and one iPhone flake in unseen.spec, filed as #204.

The user found the image field obtrusive and had no way to add bold or
italic. The text field now sits in one box with a toolbar, as in chat
apps: a picture button (paste and drop still work; the picture shows as
a thumbnail in the box), bold, italic and quote, with Ctrl+B and Ctrl+I.
They write the plain-text conventions the reader already renders
(*bold*, /italic/, > quotes), so other clients read the same.

Tidy the compose screen d1f0d625df

From the review of the compose screen: the heading and a status line
both said "Svar på inlägg 57"; adding a recipient took a field, a
dropdown and a button; the post being answered couldn't be seen; and the
bottom bar still offered "Gå till nästa kanal" while writing. Now the
status line is cleared, names are suggested while typing and a chip's
kind is a button, the answered post is shown folded, and while writing
the bar sends and space doesn't leave the text.
