Version bump and changelog for 0.5.0. After merging: tools/release.sh --tag 0.5.0

• Plan 0.5: Smooth edges (#190)
• Desktop notifications: keep the D-Bus connection open (#191)
• Close what covers the reader before showing a post (#193)
• Fix main: close covering panes at the click (#194)
• Say "Direktmeddelande", not "Skriv brev" (#195)
• Open my own profile from my name in the header (#196)
• Change my name from my profile (#197)
• Count a post as read once it has been seen in the thread (#198)
• List every channel I'm in, not only those with something unread (#199)
• Show a channel's posts, read ones too (#200)
• Build the web image in CI on release tags only (#202)
• Put a toolbar over the text field: picture, bold, italic, quote (#203)
• Tidy the compose screen (#205)
• Update rustls-webpki and webpki-roots for two advisories (#208)
• A calmer post: one look, two buttons and a menu (#207)
• First contact and small polish (#212)

Changelog 0.5.0 in users' words; plan 0.6: Performance ... 160b09bf1e

The generated list names PRs; users want to know what changed for them.
The roadmap gets the issues added during 0.5 and a 0.6 section (D-057).
