Part 1e of #242 (D-063). The design is on #242.

One view per channel: "Trådar | Chatt | Klassiskt" at the top of a channel.

The default comes from the channel's shape: one long conversation → Chatt; many topics → Trådar.
People who use the Emacs client (an elisp block in the user area) get Klassiskt.
The choice is remembered per channel, in the user area.
Chatt is the whole channel as one flat chat, with forks shown as in a thread.

This replaces the temporary setting from 1a.

Tests: e2e that the switch is remembered across a reload and that the defaults are right.

Verified, merged in #302; main green (#533 after the follow-up fix #305).

e2e/tests/channel-views.spec.ts, all three profiles: one long conversation opens as Chatt and many topics as Trådar; the choice survives a reload, so it lives in the user area (channel-views); someone with an elisp block gets Klassiskt; the default in the settings applies.
Screenshots checked: the switch in the channel head, Chatt with a fork.
Found later (fixed on #310's branch): the default view could be worked out twice, and the later answer overwrote a view picked in the meantime, so a click on "Trådar" could be undone a moment later. Now a worked-out view only fills an empty slot.
