Today: clicking a channel with unread posts (enter_conf) always starts the step-by-step reader (step(true)), whatever view the channel has. Only a channel with nothing unread opens in its view (Trådar/Chatt/Klassiskt). The view switch is only in that channel pane, which is reached from the presentation ("Visa inläggen"), so it is out of reach while posts are unread. On top of that, people with an Emacs-client block in their user area get Klassiskt by default (#286), probably including the user.

Proposed fix, to confirm with the user:

Clicking a channel opens it in its view, unread or not. Trådar: the thread list, with unread threads marked; "Läs nästa" / space opens the next unread thread as a chat. Chatt: the channel chat at its first unread. Klassiskt: post by post, as now.
The channel head with its view switch stays on screen (with #315).
Possibly: drop "Emacs-client users get Klassiskt by default".

Reported by the user: "when klicking an unread meeting (In my case Inlägg }t mig) I get the emacs-like reading order no matter what I do. And can't switch to a more modern reading layout until I have read all the posts in the meeting..." Verified, merged in #321; main green (run #582). D-066.

unread-in-view.spec.ts, desktop/android/iphone, as Ola (seed) with everything unread:
- Trådlista (Trådar by its shape) opens as its thread list with unread threads marked; "Läs nästa" then opens the next unread thread as a chat.
- Chattråd (chosen Chatt) opens at the first unread, under an "Olästa" line that is on screen; scrolling down reads the posts, and the channel's count goes to zero.
- Fotnoter (chosen Klassiskt) reads post by post, as before.
- "Läs N olästa" in the head reads post by post.
channel-views and giant updated: Vera's Jättetråd chat now opens at her first unread; Jonas reaches the giant thread by "Läs nästa".
Devserver test channel_pages covers forward pages and the first unread.
Emacs client users no longer get Klassiskt by default; the reading order setting (D-056) now applies only in Klassiskt.
Screenshots checked: unread-in-view-threads.png, unread-in-view-chat.png.
Not tried on kom.lysator.liu.se (D-007).
