Approved for 0.7 (D-063).

One list of the threads I follow or have written in, across all channels, with new replies first. It works like Teams' Activity or Slack's Threads view.

Each row shows the thread's subject, its channel, "N nya" and the latest message.
Tapping a row opens the thread at its first unread (#242, step 1b).
It's a sidebar entry, and a tab on phones.

Built from:

following and muting a thread, which exist already;
the thread index (#243): participants and latest activity;
new-text messages, which keep it current.

Threads I've written in are found from my own recent texts, so there's no extra server load.

Tests: e2e that a reply in a followed thread lifts it to the top; a screenshot.

Verified, merged in #308; main green (run #541).

crates/kom-client devserver test my_threads: written-in and followed threads, newest activity first, a post nobody answered isn't listed.
e2e/tests/my-threads.spec.ts, desktop/android/iphone, also with 30 ms latency: Mona's two threads in order; "· följer" on the followed one; a new reply from Anna (in a second browser) lifts it to the top with "1 ny"; a row opens its thread at the first unread.
Phones: a fifth tab "Trådar"; the tab bar stays on one row (checked in the screenshots).
Web download size: 905 KB gzipped, so the budget went from 900 to 1000 KB, with the reason in tools/wasm-size.sh.
With #291: times in the rows are plain text (rows are buttons) and the spec runs axe. That's on #310's branch.
