Version bump and changelog for 0.7.0. After merging: tools/release.sh --tag 0.7.0

• D-063: the rest of 0.7, and #242 in steps (#293)
• A channel as a list of threads (#242 step 1a) (#297)
• A thread read as a chat (#242 step 1b) (#298)
• Footnotes drawn as part of their post (#277) (#299)
• Forks, split-off threads, cross-posts (#242 step 1c) (#300)
• Giant threads: first unread, where in it, a timeline (#242 step 1d) (#301)
• A view per channel: Trådar, Chatt, Klassiskt (#242 step 1e) (#302)
