Elisp's edit-insert items and jskom's fast reply. Writer features missing today:

Fast reply (aux 2) on any text: modify-text-info with a one-line message.
Composer flags: no-comments (4), personal-comment (5), request-confirmation (6), world-readable (34).
Cross-reference (3) to a text, conference or person ("T123", "C45", "P6" as elisp writes them).

Show them in the composer preview; e2e spec per item.

Merged via PR #36. Verified with e2e write-aux.spec.ts, which checks the stored aux items (4/5/6/34, two cross-references) and that they render, plus fast reply with Enter/Escape. Unit tests cover cross-ref parsing and encoding. CI run #48 is green.
