Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Currently people can send to everyone at once and that is not good. DMs are already supported in much better ways.

Fixed in #362: the side column's "Skicka chattmeddelande" box is gone (anyone could message every session from it). Incoming chat messages still show as banners and notifications. messages.spec and notifications.spec now send messages as an Emacs user would, through a small Protocol A helper (e2e/tests/kom.ts), and check the box is gone; message-related specs pass on all three profiles locally; branch CI #643 green. Sending to everyone comes back as an admin tool in #354.
