Closes #342

The "Skicka chattmeddelande" box is gone (it let anyone message every session). Incoming messages still show. Specs send messages through a small Protocol A helper (e2e/tests/kom.ts) as an Emacs user would. messages, notifications, side-column, words, i18n and presence specs pass on all three profiles locally (27 passed).

Anyone could send a message to every logged-in session from it, and
direct messages do person-to-person better. Receiving them (banners,
notifications) stays: Emacs users still send them. Sending to everyone
comes back as an admin tool (#354).

The specs that check how messages arrive now send them as an Emacs user
would, with a small Protocol A helper (e2e/tests/kom.ts).
