The elisp client shows a conference's unread FAQ texts (faq-text, aux 14) when you enter it, and records the ones you've read in elisp-client-read-faq (aux 10000) on your letterbox ("conf-no text-no"). NeoKOM should do the same and use the same item, so FAQs read in either client count as read in both.

Reference: lyskom-elisp-client src/aux-items.el (10000), and the FAQ handling in the conference-change code.

Merged via PR #38. Verified: e2e faq.spec.ts (FAQ first, read once, remembered after logging in again); full e2e 30/30; devserver integration tests. CI run #55 is green. Not done: elisp's cleanup of stale 10000 items at login (noted in DESIGN).
