What:

Lists and headers show relative times ("just now", "5 min", "2 h", "yesterday", then the date), with the exact time on hover or long-press.
"Today" and "Yesterday" dividers where texts are listed by time.
Both languages; the viewer's time zone (as today).

Done when:

An e2e spec with a fixed clock checks the boundaries (59 s, 59 min, midnight, a week).
The exact time is still reachable without a mouse (focus shows it too).

From docs/ROADMAP.md, 0.2 "Feels like an app".

Merged in #86 (CI run #142 green). Relative times in post headers and channel status; exact time on hover/tap/for screen readers; classic words keep exact times. Day separators need the 0.3 thread view.
