Part of 0.8 (D-068), step 1.

What: a "Medlemmar" tab in "Om kanalen" for everyone (get-members 101: names, passive or not, when they joined/added by whom where the server tells us). For the supervisor:

Invite a person: add-member (100) with the invitation flag set; they get the channel listed as an invitation and accept or decline (show invitations to the invitee too: accept = clear the flag with set-membership-type, decline = sub-member self).
Add directly (needed for closed channels; elisp's kom-add-member), and remove a member: sub-member (15), with confirmation.
Closed channels: the "Gå med" button for non-members explains that the owner must add you, and offers to send them a message.

Async: refresh on async-new-membership / async-leave-conf.

Merged via #377 (stacked PR #371 closed in its favour); main green (run #696). Verified: Devserver test channel_members (invite accepted and declined, removed); members.spec on all three profiles (Klara invites Inez, who accepts, then is removed). Admin mode can add directly (#355).
