Part of 0.8 (D-068), step 1.

What: moderating posts in your channel, and your own posts.

Remove a post from my channel: sub-recipient (31). Allowed for the channel's supervisor; today we only offer it on our own posts. Asks first; the post still exists in its other channels.
Delete a post: delete-text (29) for the author (and the author's supervisor / admin mode, #353). Asks first and says it is gone for everyone, in every client. Handle async-deleted-text everywhere a post can be on screen (chat, thread, list, cache).
Post menu shows these only when they'd be allowed; errors still shown.

Merged via #377 (stacked PR #372 closed in its favour); main green (run #696). Verified: Devserver test moderation (a stranger is refused, the owner takes a post out of the channel, the author deletes theirs); moderation.spec on all three profiles.
