Closes #346

The channel chat had the inbox chat's 70ch cap (shared class chat); thread chat and thread list had 72–80ch caps. Now they fill the column. New spec wide.spec.ts at 1920 px; desktop and Android suites pass locally (278 passed).

The channel chat carries the class `chat`, so the inbox chat's 70ch cap
applied to it too, and the thread chat and thread list had their own
72-80ch caps: on a 1920 px screen they used the left half of the column.
Chats now fill it, as in Discord; the classic views keep their line
length. A spec at 1920 px checks the channel chat, thread list and
thread chat, as Bodil (new in the seed).
