Version bump and changelog for 0.8.0. After merging: tools/release.sh --tag 0.8.0

• Update dependencies (2026-10-26) (#341)
• Plan 0.8: administration (#357)
• CI: run what a change needs, and the browser profiles in parallel (#366)
• Chats fill the middle column on wide screens (#360)
• Top bar: a feedback link to the issues (#361)
• Side column: no box for sending chat messages (#362)
• Channel head: the name keeps a readable width on desktop (#365)
• Reactions show on every post, not only the one that's open (#363)
• Chat reply field: bold, italic, quote and a picture (#367)
• Create a channel from the directory (#368)
• Manage a channel: name, presentation, note on the door, FAQ (#369)
• Channel rules: who can read and post, parent channel, keeping, owner (#370)
• Admin: server status, save the database, shut down (#377)
• Roadmap: 0.8 done (#379)

Merge main into release-0.8.0 ... eb745fbb9f

Brings in the Fedora package fix (#393) so the release packages.
