Closes #344

Reactions now show (and can be tapped) on chat messages and cards in a channel's Chatt, Klassiskt and Trådar views. New spec in reactions.spec.ts as Rasmus (new in the seed); reactions.spec passes locally (desktop).

In a channel's chat, its classic list and its thread list, a post's
reactions only showed once the post was opened. Now they show on each
message and card, as in Discord, and tapping one adds or takes back
yours there and then. The post is fetched again once the reaction is
saved.
