Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The 0.8.0 release PR's packaging run failed twice (runs #754, #756) in the fedora job: about five minutes into compiling the neokom crate, the runner's Docker daemon went away ("Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///run/dind/docker.sock"), so the job left no logs-fedora artifact. Arch and Debian built the same code on the same runner.
Cause: Fedora's %build exports RUSTFLAGS with
-Ccodegen-units=1 -Cdebuginfo=2, so the app crate (bigger in 0.8) is built as one unit with full debug info, which needs more memory than the shared runner has.Fix: in the spec, build with the usual codegen units and line-table debug info (
-Cdebuginfo=1), keeping the rest of Fedora's flags.Fixed in PR #394, main run #760 green. Verified by the PR's own packaging run #757: all four packages (Arch, Debian, Fedora, Nix) built and installed; Fedora's RUSTFLAGS now keep its other flags but drop the single codegen unit and use -Cdebuginfo=1.
