Split main_view.rs into smaller components

main_view.rs (765 lines) and text_view.rs (656) hold most of the UI. 0.2 adds a phone layout, a command palette and a tour on top of them, so split them first, while the e2e suite guards the behaviour.

Done when:

The side panel, the conference list, the reader and the status line are their own components/files.
No behaviour change: the e2e suite and the desktop smoke test pass untouched.
DESIGN.md's UI section names the new pieces.

From docs/ROADMAP.md, 0.2 "Feels like an app".

Merged in #63 (CI run #107 green). app/src/main_view/ now has top_bar, conf_nav, reader and side_panel; mod.rs keeps the reading state and actions. No behaviour change: e2e 33/33 before the split's follow-ups, desktop smoke in CI green. The i18n test now scans subdirectories.
