Show a whole comment tree at once instead of one numbered text at a time (docs/ROADMAP.md, 0.3, size L).

Indented replies, collapsible branches.
Unread replies highlighted; the default action (button, space, swipe) moves to the next unread one and scrolls to it.
"Today" / "Yesterday" day separators (left over from #55).
Phone: indentation that fits a narrow screen (cap the depth, then a "continues" marker).

Change from the roadmap (D-037): the thread view is the reader. It replaces the one-text-at-a-time view, which isn't kept as a mode for familiarity. Stepping through unread posts one by one still works inside the thread.

Engine: kom-client already knows comment trees (review_tree, related_first); this needs a tree fetch with bounded fan-out, so huge threads don't cost hundreds of calls (see #96 for what slow looks like).
