Closes #243

Kom::thread_info(t): per thread, replies, the last text and when, the newest three texts, participants, forks and texts per month. The thread is walked once (stats only, 16 at a time), the result is kept per root (500 threads), and new-text messages keep it current, so asking again costs no calls. thread_root remembers the roots it finds.

Subject splits and grouping a channel into threads are left to #242 (commented there).

Verified: unit test for the counting, devserver test thread_index (built from a seeded thread, then a new reply updates it with no extra calls), clippy three ways.

Groundwork for #242: Kom::thread_info walks a thread once (stats only,
16 at a time), keeps what a list of threads and a big thread's chat need
(replies, last activity, newest texts, participants, forks, texts per
month) per root, and keeps it current from new-text messages, so asking
again costs nothing. thread_root remembers the roots it finds, so a long
chain is walked up once.

Subject splits and grouping a channel into threads are left to #242.
