• Commit flake.lock (nixpkgs pinned 2026-10-14).
• Release notes use ref=refs/tags/v@VERSION@.
• The nix CI job builds with --no-update-lock-file, so a missing or stale lock fails.

Make nix run from a git URL work: commit flake.lock, use refs/tags ... 1747794886

`nix run "git+https://...?ref=v0.1.0"` from the release notes failed
twice over. A bare ref is looked up as a branch, so tags need
refs/tags/. And flake.lock was never committed: from a checkout nix
writes it silently, so CI passed, but from a URL it refuses. The nix
job now builds with --no-update-lock-file, so a missing or stale lock
fails CI.

Bump to 0.1.1; read the version from the files in CI ... c7c95349b3

0.1.1 is the release with a working `nix run` from a git URL. The
packaging workflow hardcoded 0.1.0 in four places, so it now reads the
version from the PKGBUILD and the spec. tools/check-version.sh checks
that Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock, flake.nix, the PKGBUILD and the spec
agree; the nix job runs it on every change, and the release job also
checks them against the tag.

packaging: check versions in the Arch job; the nix image has no sed ... 666006e422

Run #70 failed at tools/check-version.sh: "sed: command not found"
in nixos/nix. archlinux:base-devel has it.
