How it fits. The events system already runs timed competitions; each field event is a small rule set over player pose and movement. A tug of war is a rope constraint with a team pull; a three-legged race is a shared speed limit; the egg-and-spoon is a carry that drops. All of it uses the existing walker and interactions.
