Kubb is the Swedish lawn game a student is most likely to already know: throw sticks at the other team's blocks, then at the king. The campus has the lawns, the players and the weather for it. It is a small sport with real props, and the rules make it social in a way another time trial is not.
How it fits. The bake knows lawns and flat ground, so a kubb set can be placed at a few good spots. A thrown stick is the ball flight with a tumble and a bounce; a knocked block topples and stays down. The round is a small local game with two sides, and a shared scoreboard can use the existing relay if players on both sides want the same score. The king falls at the end, which is the whole point.
Scope.
